Aaron Nichols

Aaron has always believed that you can achieve more as a team than you individually. He has spent his career serving on or leading teams in churches, non-profit organizations and a variety of small businesses. He believes that a clear vision, the right systems and a motivated team can help an organization make a great impact in the world. He has started and led several churches, non-profits and businesses at an executive level. He lives with his wife and three boys just outside of Washington, DC. His greatest weakness is his unending optimism and inexplicable love for the Washington Commanders.
