Way Forth Collective is a team of project leaders – project managers, strategists and coordinators – who are passionate about a common mission:

Empowering nonprofits to achieve their goals.

We use our decades of project management expertise to collaboratively design plans, build processes and coordinate teams to make sure those nonprofits arrive at the finish line they envisioned (and don’t get stuck or feel overwhelmed along the way).

Our Story

Way Forth Collective began when founder and CEO Jenn Hamel merged two passions – for organizations doing good in the world and for the power of project management – to begin a bold new enterprise:

An agency dedicated to empowering nonprofits to fulfill their dreams more efficiently and effectively by leveraging the discipline of project management to work as confident and connected teams.

Jenn has always loved making big ideas a reality and has more than two decades of experience (both in the nonprofit and for profit worlds) doing just that. She knew that by bringing that experience and expertise to organizations doing good in the world, she could help them multiply that good.

She started out as a one-woman show (then called J Hamel Consulting) in 2018, but rapidly expanded to bring more talent to the table. In 2019, now COO and partner, Caitlin Emas was the first to join the now 10+ member team.

Since its founding, the Way Forth Collective team has served large and small nonprofits by providing and teaching project leadership in the form of project management, event management, product management, and program management.
