Deneen has extensive experience in leadership roles within the church, other non-profit organizations, and the healthcare industry. She enjoys working in multicultural team settings —leading with a calm presence and relational strengths to build unity among team members.

Throughout her career, Deneen has benefited from a love of learning new things, implementing solutions, and finding more effective and efficient workflows. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and strong administrative skills, she’s eager to take on new initiatives and see them to their successful completion. 

Deneen enjoys time with family, playing board games, nature, traveling, and visiting national parks. She’s passionate about God’s justice, His heart for the nations, and encouraging women to a deeper intimacy with Christ. Deneen is married and has three adult children. She and her husband, Brian, live near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
