Erik started out as a pastor and campus minister, eventually making his way into broader organizational-level marketing and sales roles. He is a lover of people (especially ones he's never met before!) and a believer in the power of institutions to serve the common good.

Obsessed with efficiency, alignment, and metrics, Erik brings an analytical mind to his people-focused sales role with Way Forth. 

In his free time, you can find Erik perusing contemporary novels at the local library, coaching his kids soccer teams, or going for a run through the beautiful scenery of Madison, Wisconsin.
