Lois joined Way Forth Collective in August of 2023. She brings over 20 years of experience in production, event management, project management, nonprofit, higher education, diversity/equity/inclusion, and the arts. Lois was the founder and director of a nonprofit and has had leadership positions in churches, faith-based organizations, theaters, and universities. 

Her passion lies in social justice and helping organizations make meaningful impact, encouraging people to reach their potential, and seeing people move in their gifting. Her top strengths are Achiever, Relator, Arranger, Focus, and Belief.  

Lois has a Master's Degree in Performance and a Certificate in African-American Theatre. She is an award-winning photographer.  Lo and her husband live in Philadelphia.
