From a very young age, Rachel has loved cultivating, executing, and following processes. Growing up on an apple orchard in the Midwest caused a deep love for projects, hard work, and of course, apples!

After attending Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, the mountains called Rachel to Colorado. She began her career working at a smaller non-profit, and then joined one of the top 12 largest nonprofits in the US. Rachel jumped in and developed her wide breadth of project management skills. Over the last 10 years, she has gained experience in a variety of areas including donor development, leading and planning international trips, marketing and branding, process management/development, and more. 

Rachel remains consistent on her projects by communicating effectively, providing collaborative environments for teams, and bringing fun. She desires for projects to thrive and the outcomes to impact countless people!

As a lifelong learner, Rachel has honed her project management skills through various certifications including Monday.com and Agile methodologies (DASM). She is currently working on her PMP. 

Rachel still lives in Colorado and in her free time she enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends, adventuring to local coffee shops, and completing DIY projects.
