Caitlin joined the team in 2019 and is now the Vice President and a Partner at Way Forth Collective. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with over a decade of experience in the Christian non-profit space. She enjoys leaning into her strengths and helping teams with project strategy, planning, and event management.

Before anything else, Caitlin believes that people are the key to any successful project and enjoys taking the time to understand who her clients are and how she can help them meet their goals. She is also passionate about her team and is constantly in awe of how they balance their extensive project skillsets with the perfect amount of compassion, kindness, and consideration. She couldn't imagine working with better people.

Outside of work, Caitlin is happily married to her college crush, Dan, and they have two wonderfully crazy little boys, Judah and Luke.
