Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This role is commission-only and specifically tailored for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in the nonprofit sector.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience working with humanitarian and faith-based organizations, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
Responsibilities

Identify and Prospect: Research and identify potential sales opportunities within the humanitarian and faith-based nonprofit sectors.

Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, utilizing your extensive network and industry knowledge.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers within nonprofit organizations.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to better position our services.

Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on humanitarian and faith-based organizations.

Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Networking: Strong network of contacts within the nonprofit communities.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value Way Forth offers clearly and effectively.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.

Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as a 1099 contractor.

Passion: Genuine passion for supporting nonprofit and faith-based organizations.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market and societal conditions and client needs.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

Compensation
This is a commission-only position, offering competitive commission rates based on sales performance. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work independently.

Total commission = $69,000+

$5,000 bonus if $100k in sales is signed before July 31, 2024
