Justin joined Way Forth in September of 2022. He brings over 15 years of experience in project management and technical implementations. He has worked with a wide array of organizations and teams in the non-profit, education, health, and marketing sectors.

Justin’s passion lies in driving meaningful collaboration, intentional communication, and building efficient, streamlined processes that move teams toward their project goals. He brings almost 20 years of front-end/web development experience that always helps to inform his approach to technical projects and partners.

Justin is married to his high school sweetheart, Angel. They have two children—Justin Jr. and Aubrey. Justin can be found almost every Saturday (very) enthusiastically cheering on his son at his soccer games or his daughter at her cheerleading events. The Taylor family loves Broadway show-tunes, hosting dinner parties, and watching Disney movies!
